- Entwicklung von Arealen im ganzen Kanton Graubünden, von der Initiierung (Projektauftrag) bis zum abgeschlossenen Vorprojekt
- Erstellung von Potenzialanalysen, Nutzungskonzepten und Machbarkeitsstudien sowie Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Renditeberechnungen
- Begleitung von Ortplanungsrevisionen, baurechtlichen Verfahren und Architekturwettbewerben
