Overview
For our dynamic team in the electrical department, we are looking for a motivated addition. As an electrician, you will not only be a valuable part of our team but also significantly contribute to ensuring the quality of our electrical components and systems. Your tasks will include, among others, the installation of electrical components, wiring of control cabinets, as well as measuring, testing, and analyzing electrical functions. With approximately 40% travel activity, you will also assemble / wire systems at customer sites worldwide. Responsibilities
- Installation of electrical components, assemblies, and cables in Allschwil as well as at customer sites both domestically and abroad
- Wiring of control cabinets and individual components
- Measuring, testing, and analyzing electrical and pneumatic functions and systems
- Independent work according to circuit diagrams, manufacturing documents, and relevant standards of electrical engineering, e.g., CE, UL
- Approximately 40% travel for commissioning at customer sites worldwide
- Careful and neat execution of work as well as documentation
Hardskills
- Certified Automation Technician (Automatiker/in EFZ), Certified Switchgear Assembler (Schaltanlagenmonteur/in EFZ), Certified Electrician (Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ), or >5 years of experience in switchgear construction
- Experience in industrial plant inspections
- A license as a company electrician according to Art. 13 NIV is advantageous
- Federal diploma as a certified electrician is advantageous. Proficient in MS-Office
- Fluent in German and good technical English skills
