Are you about to complete your master’s degree or have recently graduated? Are you ready to embark on a journey that combines passion for wealth management, ambition, and excellence?
Our Flex-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. As a Flex-Track Graduate, you are in the driving seat to define your rotations 2 and 3 within all departments of the bank. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
Your team
Join the CHRO & Corporate Affairs division and become part of the Business Management team. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into the core responsibilities of the Business Management team, which plays a key role in driving the division’s success. This includes providing comprehensive support the CHRO & Corporate Affairs division and its leadership team, spanning daily operations, cross-divisional initiatives, and strategic projects.
You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the division, including Human Resources, Brand & Communications, Julius Baer Foundation, Sustainability and Public Policy, while also engaging with global functions. This experience will offer valuable exposure to the CHRO & Corporate Affairs division and equip you with a deep understanding of essential Business Management practices.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders across the division

Support the annual budgeting and strategy development process

Prepare monthly reporting and monitor financials

Manage and support regular (ad-hoc) tasks and requests

Prepare management presentations and memos

Develop communication materials for key initiatives

Plan and execute internal events (e.g. offsites, town halls)
YOUR PROFILE
-
Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades (graduation max. 12 months ago)

Experience in the financial services industry, consulting, and/or business management is an advantage
-
Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
-
Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

A growth mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in English and German with additional languages being a plus
