CPM, Compact Power Motion GmbH, is part of the Swiss SONCEBOZ GROUP with over 1300 employees.
CPM develops electric motors and their power electronics. With innovative strength and using the latest technologies, they set standards in the power density of their products. Their core competences include electromagnetic simulation, SW and HW development, as well as prototyping and testing.
They are looking for a Precision mechanic/mechatronics technician in prototyping for predevelopment for an innovative and more sustaible mobility.

In this international CPM family, they develop prototypes for the mobility of the future.
After being trained by their experienced prototypist, you will create production parts and jigs on your own. You will work on the latest mechatronic technologies with colleagues from the mechanical, electric machines and electronic departments.
Responsibilities:
- Production and assembly of prototypes on your own
- Close collaboration with the design and development teams
- In-house production of turned and milled parts
- Production of jigs and test benches
- Assembly and soldering of electrical components
- Purchasing of standard components
Your are the perfect match if you have :
- Professional training in precision mechanics, industrial mechanics, mechatronics, medical technology, electrical engineering or similar or comparable working experience
- Experience in machining and assembling are an advantage
- Motivation to learn and a strong “Get it done” attitude
- Carefully structured working methods with a high level of quality awareness
- Languages: German or English
