Praktikums-Aufbau:
- Produktion der Manufakturprodukte (Konfitüren, Sirup, Likör, Aperitif, Kräutersalze, Nidelzeltli) unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben und geplanten Fristen
- Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen
- Mitarbeit bei Prozessverbesserungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
- Innovationsprojekte: Projektarbeit im Bereich Produktentwicklung (Mineralquelle und Manufaktur)
- Interesse an der Herstellung unserer Manufakturprodukte und deren Zusammensetzung
- Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an qualitativ hochstehenden Produkten
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
- MS Office Kenntnisse: gute Excel Kenntnisse
