Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an established Business Insights Leader who is passionate about developing their team and who brings depth from diverse career experiences across pharmaceutical strategy and commercial execution.

What you will do:
- Prioritise leading and developing our experienced team of Business Insight Managers to enable their continued career growth.
- Lead the evolution of our Customer Facing Excellence strategy, processes and governance
- Partner closely with our Data, Digital & Technology team, supporting the implementation of effective omnichannel and digital customer facing strategy and measurement
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies, actionable insights, KPI creation and measurements.
- Lead a variety of team and enterprise cross-functional projects
What we’re seeking in you:
We’re looking for someone who is curious and open-minded, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
- 10 years+ experience in insights, analytics, marketing, and forecasting
- 3 years+ experience of leading high performing teams and building team capabilities.
- Advanced strategy toolkit e.g. structured problem solving, storytelling, change leadership and project management.
- Comprehensive understanding of cross-functional customer facing in-field strategy and execution
- Strong stakeholder skills and ability to act as strategic thought partner
- Ongoing investment in building own levels of digital literacy and dexterity
- A degree in a quantitative or business field. MBA highly desirable
