To support our continued growth, we are seeking to hire 3–4 talented and driven Junior Team Members for full-time (100%) positions.
What You’ll Do:
You will dive into the heart of operations, client services, and investment processes through hands-on training. You’ll quickly grow into a key contributor, with opportunities to build a rewarding career in wealth management, family office, and precious metals services. Your role will include:
- Engaging in client-facing tasks, including general client services.
- Gaining exposure to the full spectrum of our services and processes.
- Supporting operational projects, such as automation and digitalization initiatives.
- For top performers: the potential to earn a rotational training path across BFI’s group of companies, exploring portfolio management, family office, and precious metals services.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated, diligent, reliable, and professional.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, diligent, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize a diverse workload.
What You Bring:
- A commercial diploma (KV), bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualifications.
- Prior experience in financial services is a plus, though not required — we’re committed to training and developing our team members internally.
