For our IT organization based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, we are looking for a
Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications that support collaboration, data management, and analytics. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, cloud services, and modern web technologies to build solutions that enhance research and operational processes.
Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Develop web-based applications with .NET technologies and JavaScript libraries such as React or Svelte.
- Build scalable data warehousing solutions to efficiently manage large research datasets.
- Maintain and optimize large-scale data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
- Implement custom data analysis algorithms using Python.
- Design and develop software applications using Microsoft SharePoint to facilitate seamless collaboration across departments.
- Utilize logging, observability, and monitoring tools such as Elastic and Grafana.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of software.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for existing systems as needed.
- Experience Managing Kubernetes Clusters is a plus (not required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, actively contributing to production environments, ideally in a highly regulated environment like the pharmaceutical industry
- 3-5 years of experience with cloud services (Azure required, AWS is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and warehousing technologies (SQL).
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in scientific computing libraries (e.g., NumPy).
- Solid understanding of .NET framework technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC).
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Svelte).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Elastic and Grafana
- Knowledge of bioinformatics tools and software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English (C1)- French is an asset
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and drive innovation,
