Description and Requirements
Reporting to the Latin America marketing Director, the Mexico Marketing Manager will be a key contributor alongside the Mexico leadership team and will be responsible for evolving the Mexico marketing organization with a focus on delivering long-term profitable growth through developing and executing a strategic marketing vision. S/he will lead the country marketing strategy focused on deep insight, brand marketing, online lead generation and acquisition, traditional and online advertising, and communications. The successful candidate must be strategic, purposeful, and comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of great marketing and the role of digital transformation in the discipline.

Specific responsibilities
* Develop, execute and control the Lenovo Mexico Marketing Plan, with a long-term vision and a short-term execution, including ATL and BTL (advertising, PR, events, Trade marketing, Events, Digital and Social programs, among others)
* Develop and deploy Marketing Campaigns to contribute to build the Lenovo Brand and sub-Brands.
* Manage and control the country Marketing Budget with a strong business sense in what areas to invest and prioritize to support business goals on the long and short term.
* Lead, manage and control of external marketing and communications agencies.
* As functional expert in all marketing related areas, provide value to both commercial and consumer stakeholders.
* Monitor, review and control on all marketing activities metrics, learn from the past and implement in the future.
* Provide management with an overview of ROI on marketing activities.
* Perform competitive analysis / market intelligence on competitors and their marketing programs.
Requirements
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing roles with progressing levels of responsibility
* Demonstrated track record of successful strategy development.
* Industry knowledge and experience (not mandatory). Channel, distribution, and technology are a plus.
* B2B and B2C marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
* Fluency in digital marketing program development and management
* Marketing measurement and testing disciplines.
* Understanding of marketing and CRM technology; to and through so that the channel can be enabled and empowered.
