Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in the recruitment of Technical professions to bring their expertise to the HR team. It is a temporary position, to start as soon as possible.

Description
- Responsible for full life cycle recruitment;
- Recruitment of Technical and Engineering profiles, from junior to senior positions, from temporary to permanent contracts
- From advising hiring managers, screening applications to conducting interviews and hunting profiles;
- Use the ATS of the company;
- Actively participate in streamlining the recruitment strategy of the company; coordinate with different departments to improve HR processes; analyser and give feedback to HR Direction;
- Assist HR BP with onboarding processes;
- Ensuring compliance with local and international HR laws and regulations.
Profile
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition in Switzerland and on Technical professions;
- French and English speaking (fluent C1 levels);
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Swiss law;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Calm and collected demeanour and strong organisational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
