The opportunity in the Zurich office is substantial, and to support our growth strategy, we are looking to expand our team with a Junior Institutional Sales.
As our new Junior Institutional Sales, your primary focus will be to support the institutional sales strategy for the Swiss market, with a particular emphasis on opportunities covering Asset Managers/AMCs. You will be located at the Zurich office and therefor it is essential for you to be located at
Responsibilities:

Assist in defining and implementing a growth strategy for our institutional business, including tailored strategies for the Swiss market.

Help build a network of influencers, service providers, third parties, and events to foster lead sharing.

Support efforts to enhance Saxo's presence in the local market through targeted marketing and PR initiatives.

Identify and manage origination and onboarding of high-potential clients in our four target segments (with the key focus on Asset Managers/AMCs).

Coordinate with specialist resources during major pitches and manage RFPs.

Collaborate closely with the Relationship Management, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handover and go-to-market planning for new clients.
As our new Junior Institutional Sales, you will continuously grow your institutional client portfolio by delivering exceptional service and solutions to new clients. Additionally, you will focus on Saxo's existing institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying new potential unmet needs. For both new and existing clients, you will be available and open to sharing knowledge and providing clients with new potential strategies to expand their businesses. With an in-depth understanding of each client's needs, you will be able to provide Saxo's internal stakeholders with insights into new development needs and plans for specific clients.
Your profile:
As a person, you are passionate, results-driven, and entrepreneurial. You are a professional adept at creating trust and building lasting relationships, including with C-level counterparts. You take ownership and work in a structured manner to create and deliver on pipeline and cross-sell opportunities with clients. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Good understanding of the financial markets, e-trading solutions and FinTech industry, preferably from an investment, business development, or tech background. Experience within asset management/AMC segment will be a strong advantage as well as knowledge of the regulatory environment (FINMA).

Consultative/solution sales skills (preferably 2 years of experience).

Knowledge of how to apply IT solutions to business challenges and previous exposure to B2B and B2C client segments is highly relevant.

Fluency in English. Proficiency in German or French is expected as these are key languages in the Swiss market.

Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics or a related field.
