Your team
The Technology & Operations Division is a key partner of our Wealth Management, Asset Management and Asset Servicing divisions for matters related to technological infrastructure, custodian activities and fund administration. The recruiting team is part of the Banking Operations Department, which provides a broad range of custodian services and regulatory operations.
Based in Geneva, you will be joining a team of six that plays a central role in supporting the operational teams in regulatory matters related to fund and private asset investments made by our clients.

Your role
- Coordinate and execute clients’ investment compliance review for funds and private assets.
- Identify and analyse relevant investments:
- Reconcile the status of our customers and their investments.
- Coordinate deposit transfers with the teams in charge.
- Follow each case through to resolution.
- Communicate with Client Relationship Managers and other stakeholders (operational teams, Legal & Tax advisors, Project Manager, Funds Administrators officerers)
- Other day-to-day team tasks may be assigned (various tax and regulatory requests from funds and private assets counterparties).
Your profile
- One year to five years’ experience in the banking sector in funds and private assets.
- University degree in Law/Economics or comparable studies, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
- Skilled user of Excel and generally at ease with new IT systems.
- Fast learner able to work in a dynamic regulatory environment.
- Capability to coordinate the review and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Rigorous, discreet, a solution provider, able to manage priorities and a team player.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
- Resident in Switzerland.
As the right candidate you will be self-motivated and pro-active with the ability to work independently to tight deadlines and complete set tasks whilst managing multiple priorities.
