Are you a consumer-oriented, performance-driven, communicative & analytical individual with a passion for healthcare? Join us at Sanofi as a DulcoLax Brand Activation Intern for the Constipation category. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving short and mid-term executional excellence, contributing to our vision of becoming the best Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare company in & for the world.
Join us as a key contributor to our CHC strategy in Western Europe. You’ll work alongside a talented, dynamic & international team at a leading healthcare company, collaborating on impactful initiatives and driving innovation.
Located in Switzerland you’ll be bridging between the Western Europe Zone team and local key functions from Switzerland, Belgium and Austria: Sales, Shopper, Performance, Innovation, Medical, Regulatory & Supply.
This role is a fixed term contract for one year, with possible extension.

Main responsibilities:
- Support Campaign Development: Collaborate on the creation and implementation of consumer campaigns, including managing project timelines, briefing creatives, overseeing feedback loops, and adapt them to the local market needs.

Sales Tracking and Analysis: Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and promotional initiatives to derive actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Participation in Meetings: Contribute to defining key messages, crafting presentations, and delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders.

Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with local stakeholders and agencies, gaining deep market insights and ensuring effective communication channels.
About you

Education: Graduate degree with focus on Marketing, Business Administration or similar.

Languages: Fluent in French and English, German is an advantage.

Experience: Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in FMCG/OTC companies is advantageous.

Soft and technical skills: Proactive mindset with a commitment to excellence. Strong project management abilities, analytical prowess, and problem-solving skills. Adaptability to changing priorities and strategies. Excellent communication skills.
