Job Description
We are looking for a detail-orientated financial professional to join our team of Investment Controllers in the Liquid Strategies Middle Office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, operational excellence and accurate processing of all delegated investment activities by assuming the following tasks and responsibilities:

Reconciliation of cash, positions and income data;

Ensure trade processing is complete, corporate actions have been booked correctly and security pricing is accurate;

Cash management, currency hedging, pricing and valuation review for funds under management;

Ensure service level agreements are strictly observed and assist in onboarding of service providers;

Ensure timely preparation of data required for periodic client- and regulatory reporting;

Responsible for the shadow accounting of the funds in our portfolio management system;

Point of contact for our fund administrators and other service providers;

Support in trade execution and corporate action processing in close collaboration with Portfolio Managers;

Servicing of managed accounts platform including collateral management, leverage monitoring, rebalancing and coordination with trading advisors and counterparties;

Cooperation with IT and other internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and automatization within Liquid Strategies Middle Office.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance or Controlling;

At least three years relevant working experience in controlling, audit or fund administration, ideally in combination with a strong interest in IT or experience in IT projects;

Accurate, diligent and independent working style;

Committed, team-oriented and open mindset;

Strong communication skills (both written and oral) in English, German is a benefit;

SimCorp Dimension experience is a distinct advantage;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
