As an R&D Technician, you will be a key player in the development and testing of innovative products. Your role ensures precise test execution, lab efficiency, and compliance with safety standards while supporting engineers and scientists in advancing R&D projects.
How you’ll make an impact

Ensure accurate and reliable testing: Execute standardized and custom test procedures, analyze results, and document findings

Support laboratory operations: Maintain an organized, well-functioning lab environment by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated

Enforce compliance & safety: Adhere to and uphold all laboratory safety regulations and enforce best practices among team members

Collaborate with R&D teams: Work closely with engineers and scientists to develop, refine, and optimize testing methodologies

Identify and troubleshoot issues: Detect irregular test results, troubleshoot equipment problems, and implement corrective actions

Drive continuous improvement: Contribute to process optimizations, efficiency improvements, and best practice standardization in the lab

Document and report findings: Maintain precise and up-to-date test records, generate reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders
Your Background

Technical or vocational education in a relevant field (e.g., Electrician, Automation technician)

Hands-on experience in laboratory testing within an R&D or technical environment

Proficiency in handling lab equipment (measurement, testing, and analytical tools)

Strong analytical skills to interpret and validate test results

Excellent organizational and coordination abilities for managing multiple tasks

Proven ability to maintain accurate records and document test findings systematically

Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a strong plus
