Global Business Process Manager SERV 100% (f/m/d)

Your daily contribution:

• Ensure process management, quality and sustainability is applied uniformly in the SERV division through STREAM
• Ensure that the STREAM initiatives are properly implemented and documented under the focus of STREAM principles and guidelines
• Maintain process documentation in BPMS, including training and retraining
• Collaborate with SERV Tier stakeholders (e.g. Business PM, Business Process Analyst, IT PM) according defined roles & responsibilities
• Moderation of process workshops for new or existing processes within BPMS
• Define & manage test strategy, test methodology and test coverage for every testing phase (functional, UAT, E2E, regression)

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Process Management or related field
• Experienced in BPMS software and BPMN notation
• High degree of autonomy, pragmatism and a can do attitude
• Proven experience in process management
• Ability to moderate and lead workshops with different stakeholders
• Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
