Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. Your team
Join the CFO division and become part of the Group Treasury team. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into treasury investments and liquidity management.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Supporting the management of the group’s investment portfolio
-
Performing daily cash management and supporting the money market deposits execution desk
-
Gaining insights into capital and liquidity planning and hedging activities
-
Becoming familiar with the internal risk framework and external regulatory requirement and learn how to use different types of financial products (Bonds, FX, Money Market, Derivatives) to manage the balance sheet
YOUR PROFILE
-
Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Finance, Banking or Economics (graduation max. 12 months ago)

Initial practical experience in the banking industry is a plus * Strong interest in financial markets

Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in English and German, with additional languages being a plus
