Your tasks

• Conduct self-reliant pipe stress analysis on customer delivered piping designs, application parameters and requested load cases to confirm/ensure the longevity of the GF products and systems. Continuous implementation of new scientific know how on material characteristics and physical effects
• Responsible for analysing and supporting of customer applications and acting as an expert on GF Systems and Products
• Providing extended engineering/calculation services for GFPS products and systems to ensure correct installations considering all relevant parameters.
• Communicate effectively towards stakeholders regarding the customer requirements utilising the needed resource to ensure delivery in customers expected timeframe and quality
• Support sales teams, business developers and product managers on their mission to gain business for GF Piping Systems
• Provide and conduct calculations of special installations e.g. double containment systems to relevant national standards and building codes e.g. DVS, ASME, EN, etc
• Support development of installation recommendations (i.e. typicals) and teach best practice trainings

Your profile

• Bachelor`s degree and relevant working experience of about six years and at least three years in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of software (ROHR2/SINETZ or e.g. CEASAR and similar, IngSoft, easypipe as well as all kind of BIM & PDMS)
• Reliable, curious and quality-driven personality
• Established presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
• Team orientation is required
• German and English working proficiency (any other language is of advantage)
