Head of Group Controlling

We are present in 8 European countries and have experienced strong expansion in recent years. We are looking to recruit a high-caliber, dynamic, experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Group Controlling. You report directly to the CFO in this key leadership role. Together with your team you will be responsible to

• Develop and manage the strategic vision of the role and function of Group Controlling
• Define priorities and projects related to the role at Group level
• Implement all relevant group controlling tools, providing decision support for the Group management and local managers.
• Financial management of specific group projects (M&A and strategic projects)
• Deputizing for the CFO internally as well as externally

Candidate Profile
In terms of performance and personal competencies required for the position, we would like to highlight the following:

• Master in economics or finance, ideally specializing in management control
• Sense of analysis and rigor
• Proactive, is a force for proposition
• Enthusiastic and driving force in the development of the Group's activities
• Good communicator and good listener
• Excellent level of English with fluent French and/or German
