Business Operations Specialist Compliance (m/f/d)
The position is available as part-time (at least 80%) or full-time (100%)
Start: From July 2025 onwards
Location: Baar (Zug)
As Business Operations Specialist Compliance (m/f/d), you will provide training management and administrative support to the company, especially in the area of Legal & Compliance to ensure specific business needs and requests are met.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Act as training manager and eLearnings coordinator
- VQD management
- CAPA management: regulary review the CAPA and perform any follow-ups needed, as well as identify and report any gaps/risks during monitoring
Additional responsibilities:
- Swiss CPA Mailbox management
- Archiving Record Champion / Lighten Up Coordinator
- Contract Templates Management (update contract templates, manage the contract intranet repository, and track contracts including follow-ups with Legal)
- Translate contracts or parts of contracts as needed (eg. German/French)
- Transparency: GID Admin, Quarterly and FY Control Framework check and reporting

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education (e.g. Berufslehre)

Experience of working in a multinational environment

High level (at least C1) of German and/or French language proficiency
-
Fluency in English both written and spoken.

Understanding and experience working with MS Office, SAP, and Veeva systems

Exposure to compliance processes
-
Good capabilities to work with Excel and PowerPoint softwares, and other Microsoft tools
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong process skills: can manage a piece of work from beginning to end in an accurate manner.

Ability to understand issues to be able to effectively escalate and provide possible solutions.

Detects deviations from processes.

Familiarity with Pharma industry its frameworks and policies are a plus.

Ability to multitask.
