Your Responsibility
In your Responsibility as an ITSM Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management solutions for the UBS Card Center using BMC Helix ITSM SaaS. You will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, designing tailored workflows and ensuring seamless execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ITSM solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance for our business.

In your Responsibility as an ITSM Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management solutions for the UBS Card Center using BMC Helix ITSM SaaS. You will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, designing tailored workflows and ensuring seamless execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ITSM solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance for our business.
Your Role
- Analyze and capture customer requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of ITSM needs.
- Design and implement custom workflows in BMC Helix ITSM, including process automation.
- Develop and optimize ITSM solutions, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, service managers, and business users, to ensure successful ITSM implementations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including workflow designs, process mappings, and solution blueprints.
- Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM SaaS.
- Expertise in Developing Workflows using BMC Helix Digital Workplace.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management).
- Experience in scripting and automation for workflow optimization (e.g., via JavaScript, Python, or Shell scripting).
- Excellent teamwork abilities and communication skills in German and English.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
