Project Lead Control Valves

You are a dynamic and experienced Project Leader with a passion for product engineering? In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the development and optimization of innovative control valve solutions. 

• Shape Belimo's future product range of control valves and actuators for zone and datacenter applications.

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to develop and industrialize these products.

• Collaborate effectively with global teams including product management, engineering and research.

• Identify customer values propositions, specify system requirements and execute design reviews with development teams.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from stakeholder requirements to initial product conception through industrialization and post-launch support.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Belimo's products and systems and innovate new solutions.

• A master's degree in engineering is required, but a bachelor's degree with extensive experience is also very welcome. You should have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in a comparable position within a global acting manufacturing company.

• You have a strong understanding and experience in technical project management and know how to deal with different stakeholders simultaneously.

• Further, you should have the ability to handle uncertainties, organize tasks efficiently, and possess strong investigative skills to dive into technical details and ensure issues are resolved.

• You should have strong energy and dynamism, the power to push global projects ahead, and a good team spirit, as you are the hub within the projects.

• You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English and German skills are required,
