Supply Chain Data Engineer (SAP HANA)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Temporary Supply Chain Data Engineer with expertise in SAP HANA to support critical supply chain operations and data management. This role is responsible for handling technical tasks related to product variant structures, material and customer master data, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

• SAP HANA Expertise: Upload and manage detailed Product Variant Structures in the SAP environment. Support SAP project teams with master data-related requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Including Pricing.
• Material Master Data Management: Process and handle supply chain and logistical material master requests. Ensure spare part numbers, material numbers, and drawing numbers are accurately created and communicated to relevant teams.
• Customer Master Data: Support updates, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master data. Collaborate with teams to manage customer-related data inquiries and updates.
• Replacement Chains & Communication: Follow up on material replacement chains, ensuring clear communication with local teams and warehouses. Track and resolve any issues related to replacement chains in a timely manner.
• Sales Kits Creation: Design and implement sales kits in SAP, ensuring they meet supply chain requirements. Coordinate with teams to ensure proper communication and deployment of sales kits.
• Data Accuracy and Reporting: Perform data validations to maintain the integrity of SAP master data. Generate reports on material and customer data for supply chain analysis and decision-making.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to align data processes. Provide training and support to local teams on SAP master data and related workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Data Engineer or similar role with SAP HANA expertise.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP modules related to material, customer, and logistics master data.
• Ability to upload and manage complex data structures (e.g., Product Variant Structures) in SAP.
• Familiarity with replacement chain processes and communication workflows.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating and managing sales kits in SAP is a strong advantage.
