Electrical Technician 100%
Your tasks:
- Independent performance of maintenance and servicing work (repairs, assembly and disassembly) on equipment, systems and building installations.
- Keeping records of the work carried out in accordance with the documentation guidelines of the customer and/or CBRE (in paper form and also in digital form)
- Maintaining the daily operation of all technical systems in the assigned building.
- Independently resolves faults in technical systems with the highest priority
- Adjustments and corrections of schemes (red correction)
- Ongoing adjustment and optimisation of target values (switch-on and switch-off times) as well as development of proposals for optimising systems and energy consumption
- Creation and revision of work instructions, checklists, work instructions, plant manuals and operating instructions
- Support with audit and inspection processes.
- Interface and support of the automation technicians (GLS) for electrical and building automation work
- Active support for continuous improvement
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as an electrician and/or automation technician
- Several years of experience in operational maintenance and installation of technical building systems
- Experience in maintenance and service activities
- Expertise and in-depth technical knowledge in the entire field of technical building systems
- Knowledge of HVAC (HVAC) and MSR an advantage
- Team player, service-orientated and communicative personality
- Willingness to work on call
