We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data & Documentation Analyst to join our team for a 6-month engagement. The role focuses on managing data and documentation related to debt collections and enforcement processes. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work within a structured, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process documentation and data related to debt collections and enforcement activities.
- Ensure all records are accurate, updated, and compliant with regulatory and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline documentation workflows and improve efficiency.
- Handle sensitive client data with confidentiality and adhere to all security protocols.
- Support the onboarding process of resources, ensuring all systems and requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders in German, French, or English.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in document management, administrative support, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge in German or French (knowledge of both languages is an advantage) and English
- Experience handling sensitive data (Client Identifying Data preferred).
- A background in legal or compliance-related fields is a plus but not required.

This position is based in Switzerland and requires physical presence at approved sites. Candidates must be fully compliant with onboarding requirements and adhere to the highest standards of data security and professionalism.
