Job Description
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approx. 3 working days a week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for at least 1.5 years. Start date is as soon as possible.
Your main tasks as Student Support within the Private Markets Financial Operations team include:

Support the inbound data processing team in Financial Operations with data processing and maintenance;

Process incoming documents related to investments (i.e. filing, uploading);

Financial data analysis and input in accounting system;

Assist with data clean up in systems, file documents;

Combine documents received in PDF files;

Management of centralized email inboxes.
Requirements

Currently studying in commercial education or similar level (i.e. Swiss KV degree);

Fast learner, diligent with attention to detail;

German and/or English skills.
Kindly note: this role is offered only to students studying in Switzerland and who are eligible to receive a Swiss working permit.
