Housing Manager

Lead the student housing team, ensuring high-quality accommodation in host families and residences.

Oversee the housing experience, ensuring student satisfaction and welfare.

Manage relationships with host families, resident advisors, and external housing providers.

Develop strategies for host family recruitment and engagement.

Enforce housing policies and handle complex student welfare issues.

Supervise administrative tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Coordinate student arrivals, departures, and airport transfers.

Act as the primary contact for housing-related emergencies.
