YOUR ROLE
This role is key in supporting our Sales Team in ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow within the sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales team support: Support the sales team in the preparation of proposals, presentations, reportings and customer communications to ensure timely and effective customer engagement.
- Sales administration: Handle administrative duties for the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, answering client inquiries, and providing general support to enhance sales productivity.
- CRM update: Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and availability of essential data for sales follow-up and reporting.
- Meeting & events coordination: Assist in the coordination and planning of sales meetings and events, including logistics, registrations, and materials preparation.
YOUR PROFILE
- Fluency in German and English; French is an asset.
- Bachelorís degree in Business Administration, or related field. Students in their 3rd year or later are also considered.
- Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service roles is beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for details and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients and customers.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office, with a strong aptitude for technology and systems.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and team support.
