In Nyon we are a dynamic site of 70.
You will join our planning Team that will count 3 persons in total.
You will be working hand in hand with the Project Team, Purchasing Team, Production Team and Logistics team, who are all on site.

Your Mission:
The Master Planner and Scheduler is responsible for the scheduling of the activities and projects under his responsibility:
- developing daily production schedules
- highlight of a monthly / yearly vision
assesses the workflows and value stream mapping of products under his responsibility:
- Ensure that materials are properly ordered and delivered to the jobsite.
- Research and analyze suppliers, products, and plans to identify cost and logistics issues.
- Assessing over or under capacity within the various operations of the flow
- Focus on possible bottlenecks within the flow
oversees the inventory level of the product lines / projects under his responsibility:
- managing inventory to maintain appropriate levels
- Monitor and Manage the Work In Progress (Especially of the transformed parts)
is accountable of the delivery dates internally (within the company) and externally (towards the client)
- Secure and ensure the delivery dates towards the clients
- Coordinate the availability of raw materials and resources for the production process
- Prepare reports for management, clients, and customers
represents the Planning team towards his colleagues:
- Assist in conducting job cost analysis, tracking costs and profits along the Value Stream
- Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers, and make recommendations for improvement
- Create and update BU/ vendor and material lists, and update database with product specs and quantities
- He/she is the Window person for the ERP Projects within the company
Your Story:
- Experience / Education in Supply Chain = APICS CPIM or equivalent
- Very good technical understanding of the challenges of the Planning and Supply Chain
- Strong leadership and assertiveness
- High sense of accountability
- Experience in the use of ERP system (SAP)
Nice to have’s:
- Green Belt in Lean Management
- Automotive, MedTech or Aerotech experience is a Must (no Pet Food or consumable Goods industry).
- Any further language (German, French and Swedish) beyond English is a strong asset
