To further strengthen our global presence, we are seeking a motivated and experienced:
Your Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Management: Oversee sales and marketing activities for assigned accounts and regions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales volume and strategic targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical teams and C-level executives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive market analysis, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.
- Account Growth: Drive top-line growth within assigned accounts through effective account management and customer engagement.
- Product & Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored product and pricing strategies for key accounts.
- Customer Insight: Translate customer needs into actionable insights for product development and service improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as production planning, product management, customer service, and R&D.
- Marketing Initiatives: Lead marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments.
- International Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30% of the time) to support business development and customer relationships.
Preferred requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Language: Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, marketing, and account management within an industrial environment. Experience in the high-voltage industry and working with OEMs or long-term customers is highly desirable.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical understanding and ability to engage with complex products and solutions.
- Customer Focus: High level of customer orientation with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
