.. you are responsible for supporting and partnering the Swiss Findus Finance Manager and various business partners, such as the Marketing and Sales managers on business and data analysis.
.. you are responsible for assimilating data from multiple systems and stakeholders to identify trends for key KPIs, actuals, budgets and forecasts
.. you support the Finance Manager with analysis and variances of overall business, brands, and customer performance, which includes developing recommendations for leadership
.. you enhance data governance processes by improving the quality and integrity of data collected, analysis performed, and reports generated
.. you are involved in running simulations of various “what-if” scenarios using insight and critical thinking to evaluate and recommend solutions
.. you assist in developing forecasting models
.. you maintain and produce standard quarterly performance analytics and reports for leadership with guidance from Finance manager
.. you produce routine and ad hoc financial models to support leadership, FBPs and FP&A Group in decision making
.. you facilitate standardization and sharing of best practice across DACH (DE/AT/CH) Finance team
.. you contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
.. you support automation and enterprise consolidation of data used in monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
.. you collaborate with various key stakeholders: Finance Manager CH; FP&A Manager in UK, CH Marketing and Sales managers

.. you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance / Accounting
.. you have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in German and English
.. you are a self-starter and fast learner with an ability to work on your own topics
.. you have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
.. you are highly numerate and analytical, with good attention to detail
.. you have basic accounting / financial knowledge..
.. you are a Swiss citizen or holder of a valid required work permit in Switzerland
