To uphold our high standards, we’re searching for a Customer Experience Training Specialist who will design, implement, and deliver world-class training programs that enhance service excellence across our global operations.

Your mission
- Develop & Deliver Training: Design and implement engaging customer experience training programs that align with our operational standards, exceed customer expectations, and reflect a deep understanding of the standards and service excellence within a fice-star hospitality environment.
- Coach & Support Teams On-Site: Travel to various Jet Aviation locations to provide hands-on coaching, training audits, and service quality support, fostering a client-centric mindset among teams.
- Drive Consistency & Excellence: Collaborate with teams across the business to reinforce best practices and maintain a seamless customer experience, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint.
- Autonomously Lead Training Initiatives: Take full ownership of training projects while ensuring alignment with company policies and service goals, and the highest standards of hospitality.
- Analyze & Improve: Gather feedback and performance data to continuously refine training programs, making them more effective, engaging, and impactful.
- Champion the Brand: Serve as an ambassador for Jet Aviation’s global customer philosophy, setting the tone for excellence and inspiring teams to deliver best-in-class service in everything we do.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in hospitality operations and training design (e.g., instructional design, adult learning principles).
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence and industry best practices, and the exceptional standards expected in a five-star hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and connect with diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- A true people person – able to foster relationships, motivate teams, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working independently while respecting and enforcing company standards.
- Willingness to travel frequently in EMEA or globally for on-site training and support.
- Proficiency in training technology (e.g., LMS platforms, e-learning tools) is a plus.
