We are expanding our Business Intelligence Team and are currently looking for Business Intelligence Analytics Expert who will support the development of Group's Performance Reporting strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with key stakeholders. This role will actively contribute to achieving the Strategic and Operational Excellence objectives, by supporting continuous improvement reporting initiatives and enforcing global standards, processes and solutions to enable user-friendly, reliable and data-driven performance management.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
- Support the Group's Commercial, Operations, and other Functional Performance Reporting, including developing solutions targeting globally aligned reporting, forecasting and planning needed in the day-to-day decision making and steering of the business. Existing reporting solutions include the Global Sales Dashboard, FTE Forecasting, MTP, OTD, Lead Time, Orderbook, Incoming Order, etc.
- Support the development, testing, training and roll-out of global Reporting solutions in close collaboration with the key stakeholders, including Commercial Leadership, Operations Leadership, Finance Leadership, Commercial Leadership, Strategy, Global Functions, dormakaba business services (dbs), Controllers, RECITE team and Group IT.
- Act as a trusted partner to ensure high quality and on-time deliverables in coordination with the tower heads of the dormakaba business services (dbs).
- Strongly support the implementation of group wide Reporting standards and processes to achieve Strategic and Operational Excellence objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with increased focus on data quality.
- Support the success of the 'Simplify Reporting' Project, Global Process Organization, and Business Intelligence Competence Center (BICC)
- Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions, including with dormakaba business services (dbs) and local operations teams, and establish key user community
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- Preferably has a University degree with strong Operations, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or Finance business background, with affinity to Business Intelligence solutions
- Required at least 5 years work experience in Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Analytics in a multinational company with exposure to commercial reporting & planning, performance management and/or business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of strategic and operational solutions, business intelligence and analytics topic, financial concepts and tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and SAP products (especially SAP Analytics Cloud, SD, MM, PP, etc modules and Business Warehouse) and BI tools
- Strong Project Management skills and ability to coordinate in a multi-cultural environment
- Reliable team player with strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to ad hoc requests
