Your contribution

In this varied role, you will enhance process and data quality in HR systems such as SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and SAP HCM, manage HR services, collaborate with global HR colleagues, and deliver quality services to our internal customers. You will also work on HR systems projects, new initiatives, and provide HRIS training to HR colleagues and our internal customers.

• Responsible for maintaining and developing our HRIS systems, including various modules in SuccessFactors (EC, REC, P&G, Comp) and SAP HCM
• Prepare and manage global HR processes, like the annual salary review cycle
• Process coordination between HR BPs & HR Admin team as well as with other departments (e.g. IT, Finance)
• Establish and maintain any HRIS related documentation for training purposes and process descriptions and offer trainings to HR team
• Improve and implement processes to decrease turnaround time and streamline HR workflows
• Manage and execute HR data reporting while ensuring highest data quality in all HR systems
• Assure quality services are provided to internal customers of Finance, Accounting and local HR

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3 years of experience in an HRIS or HR operations role in an international environment where you gained a sound understanding and experience with HR processes and HR controlling
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central & SAP HCM
• Strong data affinity, accurate, analytical, and holistic thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German language skills are an advantage
• You are a proactive, self-motivated, and independent self-starter
