Process Visibility and Execution: You enable and manage visibility of end-to-end processes within the 3rd party landscape while planning and executing manufacturing, subcontracting, shipping, warehousing, and customs operations.

Demand and Supply Planning: You integrate demand inputs from various stakeholders and translate them into operational actions, overseeing end-to-end material supply, inventory, and subcontracting planning, including supplier capacity management.

Stakeholder Coordination: You actively collaborate with stakeholders to align operational demand planning, supply management, and delivery execution. You serve as the key coordinator for demand requests from projects, R&D, plants, testing, and scientists within the sorbent scope.

Operational Execution and Trade-off Management: You drive execution-focused operations across internal teams and the 3rd party landscape, balancing trade-offs between supply chain constraints and stakeholder priorities.

Regulatory Compliance: You collaborate on ensuring compliance with Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, customs, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) requirements.

Education and Certification: You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with CPIM or an equivalent certification being a plus.

Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, or related fields.

Technical and Analytical Skills: You are proficient in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP), inventory management, and supply chain planning, with strong data analysis and forecasting skills.

Problem-Solving and Stakeholder Management: You excel at troubleshooting, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring smooth operations and adaptability under pressure.

Communication and Collaboration: You are an effective communicator and collaborator across teams.

Organization and Flexibility: You are detail-oriented, and skilled in time management to handle complex supply chain operations efficiently. You can adjust your approach based on evolving project demands and team dynamics.

Salary: At Climeworks, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on the level of seniority and the location specific market median of similar jobs according to external benchmark surveys. Individual compensation depends on your skills, experience, and the value you bring to the team.
