Project Manager

For our client, we are looking for a strong Associate Project Manager with a background as systems and network engineer

The role holder will be in charge of the Infrastructure team, and the management of the client's networks and systems.

The employee will also participate in the implementation of the client's IT systems in Europe, Africa and Asia.

Tasks

- Provide professional and efficient IT support to users in Europe and at remote sites (Africa, Asia)

- Coordinate technical support for all IT products and services (IT interventions of all kinds, and user training)

- Participate in the administration of IT networks and systems (servers, firewalls, wireless systems, electrical equipment, infrastructures)

- Ensure the management of the subsidiaries' IT equipment, in collaboration with local teams

- Participate in the administration of the central infrastructure in Switzerland (VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, Citrix, MSSQL, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Avaya, etc.)

- Ensure the management of various IT infrastructure projects in Europe and Africa

- Carry out technical missions in Europe-Africa-Asia (30 per year)

Requirements

Knowledge of the following:

- Windows Server and Windows OS all versions

- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS

- TCP/IP, LAN, WAN

- SD-WAN, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN

- Fortinet, FortiManager, FortiAnalyser

- VMware, Citrix

- MS Exchange, MS SQL Database

- VEEAM data backup systems, Veritas BackupExec

- IT hardware (servers, workstations, peripherals, components, etc.)

- Ability to manage IT projects

- Fluency in English and French is a requirement
