Customer Service Employee

Introduction

Founded in 2013, Permedica Switzerland SA is the branch and distributor of Permedica S.p.A. in Switzerland. We supply orthopaedic surgical products for hip, knee and shoulder arthroplasty. Strategically located in Montagnola, Canton Ticino which is close to the Mother company, Permedica s.p.a., whose seat is in Merate (LC), Italy. Quality, price and service are key elements that guarantee our company’s dedication to constant improvement. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Employee to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints/ claims management
• Reception, control and processing of orders,
• Management of relevant invoicing documentation, order entry to management system
• Document archiving and reporting
• Shipment management
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in German and Italian, Good level of English, French is a plus

Salary

• Commensurate with the candidate's experience
