On behalf of one of our clients based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced System & Network Administrator with strong expertise in technical support. In this key role, you will manage and optimize IT infrastructures while providing high-quality support to users.

Your Responsibilities:

• Administration, maintenance, and monitoring of systems and network infrastructures.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents (Level 2 and 3) related to systems and networks.
• Providing technical assistance and support to internal users (diagnosis, resolution, advice).
• Participating in IT projects (migrations, updates, integration of new technologies).
• Monitoring system and network performance to ensure availability and security.
• Collaborating with internal IT teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent in Swiss-German/German and professional-level English.
• Education: Degree in IT or equivalent (mandatory).
• Experience: Proven experience in system and network administration, as well as technical support.
• Certifications: Cisco certifications (or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls) and common system environments (Windows, Linux, virtualization).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
