We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ZEISS IQS Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a ZEISS IQS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for ZEISS IQS (Industrial Quality Solutions) equipment. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and performance of our cutting-edge imaging solutions.

Location : Changwon (경상남도 창원)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Install, configure, and calibrate ZEISS IQS equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper functionality and optimal performance.
2. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to maximize their proficiency in operating ZEISS IQS systems effectively.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues promptly, employing your strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement innovative solutions.
5. Perform regular maintenance and preventive servicing to extend the lifespan of ZEISS IQS equipment and minimize downtime.
6. Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and product updates related to ZEISS IQS offerings.
7. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including service reports and customer interactions.
8. Assist in the development and improvement of service protocols and procedures.
9. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
The essential requirements of the job include:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the medical or imaging technology industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of ZEISS IQS equipment, software, and imaging solutions.
4. Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
6. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Flexibility for travel to customer sites as required.
9. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
