Over the last years, we have developed and deployed a successful eCommerce platform (MyBOBST). To sustain the development of the platform as well as increase our customers convenience, we are looking for a Digital B2B Solutions Specialist.
He/she will be the point of contact for our customers together with a project manager to program & configure digital workflows in B2B E-commerce solutions.
Prepare and successfully execute the deployment of such solutions offering integration to completely automate the transactions and delivery process. It will be done with strong coordination with BOBST IT & partners.
BOBST is an international company, therefore, the candidate could be located in one of our subsidiaries in Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Czech Rep, Poland. It is a permanent contract and 100% rate. We are looking for a specialist with demonstrated skills and experiences in B2B E-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & configure digital workflows in B2B E-commerce solutions
- Support IT-teams in implementation & test activities
- Work with Bobst customers
- Act as the Voice of Customers to bring internally new requirements and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with BOBST services team
- Define & deploy an integration strategy and outline the correlated digital workflows.
- Gather customer requirements, document workflows, and prioritize feature of digital workflow solution development.
- guide Agile development with IT team, conduct testing, address integration-related issues, provide updates, and mitigate risks.
- Create documentation, conduct training, and support user adoption.
Professional skills
- Advance knowledge in: Ariba, Coupa, and OCI/EDI integrations. SAP ECC, SAP Hybris/Commerce Cloud
- Readiness to program / configure in cXML, OCI, EDI
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and procurement workflows
- Hands-on
- Basic knowledge in cyber security & IT architecture
- Experience working within agile methodology
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.

- Ability to understand international customer.

Education and Experience
- IT Engineer or IT manager profile with good business management skills.
- Good understanding of IT and digital workflows.
- 5 Years of experience as developer, specialist.
- English proficiency, German and other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
