Job description
As a Brand Manager at KLK Kolb, you lead the creation and execution of marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring that marketing and branding decisions drive stronger sales. You develop brand strategies that resonate with the target audience and customers. Additionally, you monitor the competition and, by understanding consumer & customer behavior and market trends, collaborate in advancing product strategies.
Your goals:
- Achieve long-term company goals through devising, planning, and implementing marketing initiatives
- Translating KLK Kolb strategic directions into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Build brand awareness, through advertising, marketing campaigns, flyers and brochures, online product listing on relevant platforms, etc.
- Analyze brand positioning and customers & consumer insights
As a brand manager, you are responsible for:
- Conducting market research & analyzing data for trends, insights, and information on competitors’ activities
- Aligning and defining the brand and marketing initiatives with the Product Management team
- Managing projects & budgets through various stages of development
- Implementing, measuring, and reporting performance of marketing campaigns
- Overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- (Co-)Organizing KLK Kolb participation to exhibitions
Requirements and skills
- Experience in or affinity to the chemical industry or in a B2B industry
- Native or near native English speaker language skills
- Outstanding communicationskills, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Project & Stakeholder management
- Relevant experience in marketing or a related field
- Proven ability to develop and implement brand and marketing strategies
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Up-to-date with latest communication and marketing technologies and tools
