Senior Supply Chain Planner, Manufacturing (Ref. 2474) 1 year contract

The Supply Chain Planner ensures customer needs are understood, planned for, and met. They keep demand and supply balanced and maintain an up-to-date supply plan in the SAP system.

Your main tasks

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials
• Maintain stock overviews and inventory levels
• Coordinate with Logistics for order requirements and shipping dates
• Analyze SAP demand and collaborate with stakeholders to align on demand
• Review and update forecasts monthly
• Maintain accurate planning data
• Manage supply impacts of regulatory changes
• Work with Global Supply Chain to implement product strategy
• Coordinate with customers and Supply Chain teams to minimize supply delays
• Manage purchase orders and requisitions in SAP
• Communicate inventory risks to relevant teams
• Build strong relationships with supply chain counterparts
• Participate in Global Supply Chain meeting
• Lead supply chain meetings with customers
• Execute scenario planning and develop contingency plans
• Compile and present volume information for S&OP process and budget activities
• Identify and resolve supply constraints

Your profile

• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience
• Skilled in supply chain planning and project management
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry and its competitive environment
• Experience with external vendors or tolling environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of Performance Metrics and their impact on supply chain results
• Knowledge of logistics, financial, and information flows
• Proficient in PC and SAP systems
• Fluent in English.
