Our Global Treasury Services team delivers expert consulting across the full range of treasury functions, from strategic design to tech implementation. The role of treasury has become increasingly vital, with Group Treasurers now key advisors to CFOs and integral to operational teams.
As geopolitical shifts introduce new risks and the financial landscape evolves with modernized payments and digital advancements, our treasury operations are adapting and growing. We're seeking a (Senior) Consultant to join our Swiss team and help drive the expansion of our Treasury Services, making a significant impact in our continued success.
Your key responsibilities
- Engage in challenging treasury mandates across the entire treasury value chain, offering innovative solutions to our clients
- Analyze processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement measures in areas such as cash management, payment transactions, bank relationship management, liquidity planning and forecasting and risk management/hedging
- Select, design, and implement Treasury Management Systems that align with our clients' strategic objectives
- Conduct internal controls and process assessments for treasury departments
- Provide support on Treasury accounting topics like hedge accounting
- Contribute to our go-to-market initiatives and support to organize events and write articles that highlight our expertise and insights in the treasury domain
Skills and attribute for success
- A degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- First working experience in a treasury or treasury-related function or in treasury consulting firm (at least 1-2 years)
- Key qualities for success in our team include being a team player, showing determination, commitment, possessing quick comprehension, excellent communication skills, and flexibility.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
- As an international company, we require English; and German would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Interest in continuous training in treasury and treasury-related topics
