ABOUT THE JOB : Joining a young and dynamic team, you will undertake the following tasks:
Static Data Management:
Data Entry and Maintenance:
- Ensure the efficient and accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of static data in internal ;
- systems, including client information, security details, and reference data.
Reconciliation and Quality Control:
Data Reconciliation:
- Reconcile static data across various systems to ensure consistency and accuracy ;
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
Quality Control:
Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Analysis and Reporting:
Data Analysis:
Analyze static data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
Reporting:
Produce and distribute regular reports on data quality, highlighting key issues and recommending corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
Optimization:
Identify and propose improvements to static data management processes.
Coordination:
Work closely with other departments, such as IT, compliance, and operations, to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Please ensure that you have all the legal documents required to work in the country before applying ;
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field ;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail ;
- Interest in financial products and markets ;
- Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office (Excel) ;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus ;
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
