Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
- Support the development and implementation of a licensing strategy aligned with the Audi F1 Project’s brand and commercial objectives
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end licensing process for branded products ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with brand and marketing teams to create compelling product offerings aligned with the brand’s vision
- Support in negotiating and executing licensing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the brand and licensees
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential licensees and partners to drive brand growth
- Monitor and analyze the performance of licensed products, providing data-driven insights to optimize sales strategy
- Manage and oversee merchandising back-office activities, including processing internal orders and coordinating with Logistics to ensure timely product delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new licensing opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
- Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of proven track record in licensing management, preferably within the sports industry or for a sports brand/club
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing key partners and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of licensing agreements, intellectual property rights, and contract law
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and influence at all levels of an organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Passion for sports, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends within the sports merchandise market
- Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
