We are looking for a highly motivatedand detail-oriented talent to join our Middle Office & Implementation Team in Hong Kong. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization with exposure to international markets and diverse asset classes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within international and cross-functional teams .
Key Responsibilities
Trade Execution
- Ensure coverage and execution of listed transactions across multiple markets
- Support listed and private market transactions, with a focus on Asian financial markets
- Act as the primary contact for trade execution-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, which includes stringent observance of all relevant regulatory considerations
- Assist in the due diligence of listed investment opportunities
Cash Management
- Manage cash positions across multiple entities, currencies and geographies for investment vehicles serviced by the Group
- Oversee investment allocations and liquidity, so as to ensure adequate funding for operations and investments
Structuring & Knowledge Center
- Support group affiliates in evaluating new markets, products and service providers
- Engage in network management by fostering relationships with brokers, custodians and other valued service providers
- Act as a structuring expert for the internal business development teams
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development
Governance & Compliance Support
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements as well as internal controls
- Maintain operational procedures, documentation as well as ad-hoc interaction with regulators where required
- Support and coordinate corporate and regulatory filings (e.g., board resolutions, FRR, SFC, IRD reporting) and maintain accurate records
- Support corporate accounting and manage correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CAIA or CFA an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within investment management, private equity, or a similar role in financial operations
- Strong knowledge of international financial markets and instruments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in English (other languages an advantage)
- Ability to thrive in international teams and manage cross-border collaboration
- Proactive attitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
