What We're Looking For
- Previous 1 -2 years of experience in events ideally in the luxury 5 star hotel industry with relevant background
- Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
- Fluent in German & English is a must
- Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding and identifying the requirements for each event
- Drafting offers & contracts
- Overseeing and managing all event operations
- Overseeing issues that may come up at events and acting quickly to resolve problems
- Analyzing and evaluating an event's success and submitting reports
- Running final tests on the day of the event to ensure that everything meets standards
- Interacting and keeping healthy communication and interactions with clients and third parties
- Working with clients to guide them through event details and serving as their personal coordinator throughout the entire planning process and the event.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
