We are looking for an MSP Consultant (m/w/d)
If you're looking for challenging work experiences and the ability to learn in a collaborative culture, we invite you to explore our opportunity as MSP Consultant. As an MSP Consultant, you are part of the central delivery team and report directly to the Team Lead MSP.
main responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and optimize the use of Fieldglass for streamlined processes
- Oversee and manage vacancies within the program, ensuring timely fulfillment and optimal resource allocation
- Compile and organize necessary documentation and information for each talent, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Facilitate talent-related activities such as dossier upload, rejection handling, interview arrangements, and offer preparation
- Manage communication related to data protection guidelines, training, safety equipment coordination, customer appointment scheduling, temporary training coordination, and registrations
- Ensure effective management of contracts, dedicating a minimum of 1 hour per talent
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication between all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and the MSP team
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to our MSP customers
- Overseeing and supporting the continuous monitoring of deployed VMS tools
- Managing the procurement of external staff (Temp. Contractors, Perm) for our MSP customers
- Advising the Hiring Managers of our customers and liaising with various MSP Providers
- Assisting Hiring Managers through the entire recruitment process
- Managing the entire procurement process, including talent acquisition, pool management, applicant management, order management, and process management
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with all stakeholders

qualifications
what do we ask of you:
- 3+ years of working experience

In-depth knowledge of sourcing operations processes

Experience in implementing strategic sourcing suites systems (SAP Fieldglass, equivalent systems), analytical capabilities, and process digitization

Ability to work independently through proper time management

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and handle difficult conversations

Proven track record measured by customer service levels and satisfaction, SLA's and KPI's, increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management

Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations

Ability to apply data and subject expertise in business development or strategic selling capacity
language skills:
- English and German, fluent
