As eRetail & FSA Lead (m/f/d) you will lead the development and implementation of winning channel and customer strategies for our top eCommerce customers (Trade & Gastronomy), tailoring the global category growth strategy to the Swiss market.
Your talents and skills have importance in influencing our online retailer’s decisions and growing the turnover of our brands by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. For online retailers, this involves developing and recommending assortment, shelving, pricing, and online visibility strategies, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchasing behavior.
One of your secret ingredients is a strategic vision beyond the operation of the role, with good negotiation and communication skills. You will not only work the business relationship with the client but also influence our entire organization.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will execute all global innovations in the digital marketing space
- You will execute approved consumer & customer plans online
- You will analyse the business and issuing recommendations on strengthening our business online or closing critical gaps
- You will strongly collaborate with Marketing, Customer/Channel Sales Development, Field Sales Force, Finance, Supply Chain teams and the Key Account Management Team
- You will provide leadership for your team members and within the organization by identifying trends, insights, and best practices for eCommerce
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Strong eCommerce background (front end / UX and Account Management) with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience with hybrid eCommerce solutions of conventional retailers, but also with pure eCommerce players
- Well-versed in strategy development and financial management
- Preferably experience with Food Service Aggregators and a passion for FMCG
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong business acumen and commercial understanding
- Fluent in English; German & French is a plus
