The job in brief:
Job Title - Technical Project Manager
Working model - hybrid
Team - you will join the Technical Project Management team within the Technology department.
Level - Professional
Location - Chiasso, Switzerland
Contract - Permanent - full-time (36 h/week)
What your impact will be:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple tech projects, from shaping business requirements to deployment and post-launch monitoring, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, translate them into clear, actionable specifications, and facilitate seamless execution
- Optimize teams workflows, managing boards to track progress, prioritize tasks, and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive the successful delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives, aligning execution with the company roadmap, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, fostering strong communication, anticipating challenges, and proactively resolving roadblocks
Qualifications
Your expertise:
- Proven track record in project management within technology-driven and e-commerce environments, delivering high-impact initiatives on time and within scope
- Expertise in defining, structuring, and managing project requirements, development phases, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, effectively managing team boards for tracking progress, prioritization, and transparent reporting
- Demonstrated curiosity, proactive problem-solving mindset, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in dynamic environments
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to international teams and stakeholders
Desirable:
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and processes to ensure quality and performance post-deployment
- Previous experience with the use of back office systems

Selection process steps*:

- Test step online or offline
- 2nd interview (Manager + team member): Test review
- Only for senior roles: final meeting (30 mins) with the Director
